Temazcal Sweat Lodge in Avalon

Dear family

You’re warmly invited to a sweat lodge at our orchard in Avalon on Saturday 7th November. A beautiful opportunity, as we head into the darker part of the year, to immerse ourselves in the sacred elements, to cleanse and purify, sing and pray for the times ahead and to come together as a spiritual community.

We'll light the fire at 12pm and aim to go into the lodge at 2pm. We'll finish about 6pm.

What to bring:
Swimming shorts, a temazcal dress, light cotton dress, sarong or similar
A towel
A mug, bowl and spoon
Food to share (especially fruit)

There will be warm and nourishing soup after the lodge.
